PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All of my earrings are handmade to order, which means that orders can take a few days to be created and dispatched. I do try my best though to get these posted out ASAP for my customers. However, it also means that no two earrings are identical. Patterns and colours may vary ever so slightly. But who wants to have the same as everyone else anyway right?! 
• All of my earrings are made with polymer clay. This makes them extremely lightweight, even the larger ones! That means there is no risk of these giving you those dreaded droopy ears!
• All of my stud earrings are made using hypoallergenic backs. Other earring hardware used on dangly earrings (gem studs, bow studs etc.) will be plated therefore, despite my efforts to use hypoallergenic hardware on dangly earrings, those with highly sensitive ears should exercise caution. 

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• All of my orders are packaged using letterbox sized cardboard boxes which are 100% recyclable!
• Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
• Delivery costs are £3.00 per order (not per item). FREE postage will be available for orders over £20.00.

DO I ACCEPT RETURNS?

• Due to hygiene reason, I do not accept returns on my earrings. However, on the off chance that an item does arrive damaged/faulty, please do get in touch. I will look to rectifying this as soon as possible for you. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Earrings are to be stored in a clean, cool, dry place.
• Keep away from lotions and potions. If you do happen to get a smudge of make up or a scoosh of perfume on them, just a little wipe with a slightly damp cloth should help. Please remember to PAT them dry afterwards. 
• These earrings are not waterproof, so please do remember to take them out before taking part in watery activities such as showering and swimming.
